Inticocoa Abadi Industri uses selected, fermented cocoa beans from Sumatera,
Kalimantan and Sulawesi islands. By selecting only good quality cocoa beans and
cocoa beans from our own plantation, we can assure that only top quality cocoa
products will be delivered to our customers. PT Inticocoa Abadi Industri is the
only Indonesian cocoa grinder which has started to implement the International
Quality Standard ISO 9002.
CK Cocoa Powder contains relatively low microbiological counts. It is also
lipase free, so that the consumers can used the cocoa powder without any fear of
inception of rancidity in compound chocolates (made from lauric Cocoa Butter
Substitute) arising out of microbial contamination.

STORAGE
Products should be kept in a cool and dry environment below 28 0C and at a
humidity below 60 %. They should be kept tightly sealed or used totally when the
plastic liner is exposed.

Packed in 25 kgs poly lined carton boxes
SHIPMENT
Products are shipped in 20 ft containers which can hold 720 - 800 cartons of
25 kgs each.
